We counsel clients on the many complex legal issues and topics that help them to properly and prudently satisfy their fiduciary responsibilities as plan sponsors and administrators.  We also work with clients to solve plan administration failures, including negotiating compliance plans and other administrative remedies with the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor (Federal and State) and other Federal and State administrative agencies.

Our corporate and benefits attorneys also counsel clients, both employers and executives, on structuring, interpreting, implementing and managing many employment-related agreements and programs, and when necessary, working out settlements for terminated executives.
