Martin Barry graduated from University Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He received his law degree from Rutgers School of Law in 1998, and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar that year. He is also admitted to practice in Florida.

Upon his graduation from law school, Martin served a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable William L. Forester J.S.C. Ret. for the 1998-1999 court term, and is a member of the American Association for Justice.

Martin focuses his practice primarily in the areas of personal injury litigation involving automobile negligence, products liability, construction site negligence, and the representation of persons charged with motor vehicle and criminal violations. He also represents clients in workers’ compensation matters, and works primarily out of our New Brunswick office.
